Top Food and Drink Apps on Android in Kenya Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, several food and drink applications on the Android platform in Kenya demonstrated notable performance trends. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps exhibited varying patterns in downloads and active user engagement.

Bolt Food: Delivery & Takeaway from Bolt Technology saw its weekly downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter, with a notable peak at approximately 6.4K in early September. The app maintained a steady base of active users, hovering around 50K, with a slight increase towards the end of September, reaching about 52.2K.

Dial a Delivery experienced significant variability in downloads. It started with 320 downloads at the beginning of July, spiking to over 8.5K in mid-August. However, a decline followed, reaching a low of around 291 downloads in early September.

Pizza Inn Kenya downloads showed an upward trend, particularly in late July, peaking at nearly 6.9K. Active users increased steadily, starting from around 19K in early July and reaching over 24K by the end of August.

Uber Eats: Food and Grocery had a consistent increase in active users, from approximately 36.7K at the start of the quarter to about 36.1K by the end of September. Downloads gradually increased throughout the quarter, with a notable surge to 2.6K in late September.

Quickmart Online - Q SOKO showed a gradual increase in downloads, starting at 410 in early July and rising to around 1.8K by early September.
